- Memorial: The Memorial honors Ness County Veterans, with a special
'remembrance' to those who made the ultimate sacrifice when answering their
country's call.
- Wall of Honor: The granite walls envelop the Memorial honoring fallen comrades. The 'wings' enfold the memorial, and will allow space for Veterans' names to be inscribed. For a limited time, a donation of $100 will provide a place of remembrance for any U.S. Veteran you wish to honor. Deadline for engraving of names at $100 is Sept. 5, 2003 after which engraving will be $150 per name.
- Serenity Areas: These landscaped areas provide visitors places to relax and reflect in the area's tranquil atmosphere.
- Media Center:: As fund allow, the final phase of the project will be the media center, which will contain photographs and service histories submitted by (or in honor of) any U.S. Veteran. Plans include for these histories to be accessible by computer system. The Park's history and donor information will also be exhibited here.
